Hoops Limited Warranty Statement

Hoops Basketball Goals & Sporting Equipment, Inc. d.b.a. Hoops Dallas (hereafter Hoops) and or its Manufacturers provide a Limited Warranty (hereinafter "Warranty") to the original retail purchaser, for all Hoops Pro Dunk Basketball Goals, Hoops Pro Style Basketball Goals and Hoops Arena Portable Basketball Goals and its Installation, if completed by Hoops installation personnel, (hereinafter collectively the "Products"), to be free from defects in material and workmanship which impair the use of the Products for a period of ten (10) years for the backboards, poles, pole structures, installation and one (1) year for the rims, and adjusting cranks or mechanisms, if applicable. Should these Products become defective due to material or workmanship within the Warranty period, contact the Hoops Customer Service Department for repair or replacement as determined by Hoops. This Warranty is not transferable and does not cover scratching or scuffing of the Products which may result from normal usage, or damage caused by improper handling, installation (if not installed by Hoops), or improper use of the Products. Nor does this Warranty cover rusting or fading due to weather conditions, climate conditions, or exposure to corrosives such as salt, pesticides or cleaning solutions, etc. This Warranty does not cover the installation service if, Hoops installation personnel do not complete the installation, and from shifting soil conditions or changes in soil conditions that may be caused by, but not necessarily limited too, the installation of a swimming pool, cement courts, driveways, other in-ground products installed on the premises or other structures that may interfere with the Products. This Warranty is also void if the Products are in any way abused, damaged, or modified from its original state, or if used for any purpose not originally intended. Repair or replacement as provided under this Warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Hoops and or the manufacturer, shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Products or other damages with respect to any economical loss, loss of property, loss of enjoyment of use, costs or removal, installation or other consequential damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for particular purpose on the Products in duration of this Warranty.

Manufacturer Limited Warranty Information

All products not included in the Hoops Limited Warranty Statement, including BISON, SCHUTT, HYDRA-RIB Basketball Equipment may include, if available, a limited warranty as provided specifically from the Original Manufacturer. Information regarding the Manufacturer Limited Warranty is available from Hoops upon request or at the time of purchase.
